Employees of various units have been sticking to their production posts despite the sweltering heat. From July 2nd to 5th, Luoyang Glass Co., Ltd. carried out an activity of "sending coolness" to front-line employees. Liu Yuquan, Chairman of the company's labor union and Deputy General Manager, Li Mengkun, Vice Chairman of the labor union and Director of the Party and Mass Work Department, and other personnel went deep into the production front lines of Longbo Glass and Longhai Glass in the Luoyang area, and delivered heatstroke prevention and cooling supplies such as towels, soap, toilet water, rock sugar, and chrysanthemum tea purchased by the company's labor union to the front-line employees. Meanwhile, it was required that the labor unions of subsidiaries outside Luoyang should carry out the "sending coolness" activity for front-line employees simultaneously.
At the scene, Liu Yuquan extended cordial condolences to the front-line workers who persisted in their work under high temperatures. He urged the units concerned to take heatstroke prevention and cooling measures, and exhorted everyone to pay attention to self-protection during work to ensure their physical health and work safety.
In this "sending coolness" activity, 416 sets of heatstroke prevention and cooling supplies were distributed. The work of heatstroke prevention and cooling was effectively implemented to every employee, making them feel the care of the organization, stimulating the enthusiasm of employees for dedicated work, and further enhancing the cohesion and centripetal force of the staff.
