Kaisheng New Energy Co., Ltd. (referred to as Kaisheng New Energy) is a member enterprise of Kaisheng Technology Group Co., Ltd., a central enterprise under the direct management of the State owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council and a subsidiary of China National Building Materials Group Co., Ltd. It is a listed company with H shares and A shares established by Luoyang Float Glass Group Co., Ltd. 3、 Basic requirements for employment

4、 Job Responsibilities and Qualifications
(1) Job Responsibilities
a. Responsible for organizing the formulation, revision, and implementation of the company's compliance management system, ensuring that all business activities comply with legal, regulatory, and supervisory requirements.
b. Responsible for organizing and monitoring compliance risks in the company's business operations, timely proposing risk warnings and prevention measures.
c. Responsible for organizing legal compliance reviews of company rules and regulations, economic contracts, major decisions, strategic cooperation agreements, etc., and providing compliance opinions and suggestions.
d. Responsible for organizing and carrying out the company's legal construction work, legal education, compliance training and publicity, and comprehensively managing cases related to litigation.
e. Responsible for organizing and carrying out work related to the construction of the company's internal control system.
f. Complete other tasks assigned by leaders and departments.
(2) Qualification requirements for employment
a. Familiar with company law, civil code, investment and financing, state-owned asset supervision and other laws, regulations and related policies and systems.
b. Possess solid legal expertise, compliance management knowledge, and strong writing skills, able to independently draft compliance management systems, contract documents, write legal opinions, and other related documents.
c. Possess strong legal analysis skills, problem-solving abilities, and excellent communication, coordination, and teamwork skills.
d. Full time undergraduate degree or above, majoring in law or related fields.
e. Possess legal professional qualifications.
f. Work experience in legal, compliance, and risk control positions in large enterprises is preferred.
g. Age below 30 years old.
The relevant conditions for exceptionally outstanding individuals may be appropriately relaxed.
