3、 Basic requirements for employment

（2） Qualification requirements for employment
a. Familiar with professional knowledge such as enterprise financial management, accounting, and relevant laws, regulations, and policies.
b. Strong data analysis skills, communication and coordination abilities, and certain writing skills.
c. Proficient in using financial software and familiar with various commonly used office software.
d. Full time bachelor's degree or above, majoring in financial management, accounting, auditing or related fields.
e. Candidates with certified public accountant or securities industry qualifications are preferred, while those with experience in accounting or tax accounting firms, securities companies, etc. are preferred.
f. For those under the age of 30 and particularly outstanding individuals, the age limit may be appropriately relaxed.
