2、 Qualification requirements for bidders:
a. Meet the relevant provisions of Article 22 of the Government Procurement Law of the People's Republic of China;
b. Having independent legal personality and a valid business license;
c. Suppliers listed as dishonest persons subject to enforcement, parties involved in major tax violations, or severely dishonest in government procurement are not allowed to participate in this procurement activity and are required to provide screenshots of credit inquiries from China and the China Government Procurement Network;
d. Other conditions stipulated by laws and administrative regulations.
3、 Acquisition of bidding documents:
a. Location for distribution of bidding documents: No. 6 Ru'an South Road, Advanced Manufacturing Development Zone, Ruyang County, Luoyang City.
b. The bidding documents will be obtained from August 4th, 2023 to August 11th, 2023.
4、 Information related to bidding and bid opening:
a. Bid deadline: 3:00 PM on September 4, 2023 (subject to further notice if there are any changes).
b. Bid opening time: to be notified separately.

d. Other related matters: Bid documents submitted after the bidding deadline or bid documents that are not sealed according to the bidding documents will not be accepted.
