1. Our company intends to green the factory area and is now publicly inviting green construction units with strong construction technology and excellent performance to participate in project bidding.
2. Qualification requirements for bidders:
2.1 Bidders must have independent legal personality and a valid three in one business license;
2.2 The bidder shall appoint a project manager who holds an intermediate or higher professional title certificate.
2.3 The authorized representative and the proposed project manager for this project shall be a formal employee of the bidder's unit (providing a copy of the labor contract stamped with the official seal).
2.4 The bidder's financial operation is in good condition and must provide an audit report issued by a third-party auditing agency for the year 2018. For companies established less than one year ago, financial statements (including balance sheet, income statement, and cash flow statement) from the date of establishment to September 2019 must be provided;
2.5 Proof of tax and social security contributions made by the enterprise (proof or list of any month's contributions made in the past year).
2.6 This project does not accept consortium participation.
3. Collection of bidding documents: Deadline: 17:30, November 25, 2019
Bring with you: (1) a copy of the business license; (2) Proof of legal person's identity or power of attorney from the legal person, and ID card of the trustee; (3) Proof of tax and social security payment by the enterprise (a voucher or list for any month since January 1, 2018); (5) Intermediate or above professional title certificate for project manager
Note: All the above-mentioned documents require the original documents to be presented for verification during registration, and a set of copies stamped with the company seal must be kept.
