2、 Qualification requirements for bidders:
Bidders must possess independent legal personality and the ability to independently assume civil liability; Having a good business reputation and a sound financial accounting system; Having the necessary equipment and professional technical capabilities to fulfill the contract; Have a good record of paying taxes and social security funds in accordance with the law; Within the three years prior to participating in this procurement activity, there has been no significant record of illegal activities in business operations; Other conditions stipulated by laws and administrative regulations. China National Building Materials (Yixing) New Energy Co., Ltd. will conduct qualification review on the bidders and issue the bidding documents if they meet the requirements.
