On March 4, 2019, Zhang Chong, Chairman of Luoyang Glass Co., Ltd., Ma Yan, General Manager, Wang Guoqiang, Party Secretary, and Zhang Rong, Deputy General Manager, inspected the construction site of the ultra white thermal material project of China National Building Materials (Puyang) Optoelectronic Materials Co., Ltd. Zhu Hongxin, Executive Vice General Manager of Puyang Optoelectronic Materials, Li Ke, Chief Financial Officer, Liu Shuqing, Manager of Puyang Project Department of China National Building Materials International Engineering Co., Ltd., and Li Yi, Supervisor of Zhengzhou Jiye Engineering Supervision Company, accompanied the inspection.
As soon as Mr. Zhang Chong and other leaders arrived at Puyang Company, they didn't stop at all and walked straight to the construction site against the cold wind. Along the way, Mr. Zhang Chong and others first arrived at the raw material workshop and the homogenization warehouse construction site, inquiring about the installation of raw material equipment and the construction status of the homogenization warehouse building. Zhu Hongxin gave a report one by one. Subsequently, Mr. Zhang and others arrived at the construction site of the melting furnace and were pleased to see the neat and clean working environment. Mr. Zhang praised the work of the project team. Following the main line, we finally arrived at the cold end construction site. The equipment engineer from Shenzhen Kaisheng Technology introduced to Mr. Zhang and others the new dust extraction and noise reduction technology used in the cold end broken glass system. Mr. Zhang was very satisfied after hearing this. After the inspection, Zhang Chong and other leaders listened to Zhu Hongxin's report on the construction of the Puyang project in the conference room of the project command center. At the meeting, General Manager Ma Yan pointed out that while Puyang Company is doing a good job in the construction of the ultra white thermal material project, it should also launch the R&D center, talent apartments, and supporting subsequent deep processing projects as soon as possible to increase the company's profitability and solve the living difficulties of employees.
After listening to the report, Mr. Zhang Chong pointed out that the current on-site situation of the Puyang project is relatively good and the quality is controllable, which is inseparable from the hard work of the Puyang project team. In the future, the Puyang project team should focus on the following tasks: 1. Currently, there is a lot of pressure on environmental protection. Comrades in the project team must be focused, have firm confidence, overcome all difficulties, and do their work well. 2. The project construction should be comprehensive and focus on key points, especially the construction of the melting furnace and tin bath. While ensuring quality and safety, the progress must be pushed forward as much as possible, and ignition cannot be affected by this. 3. To accelerate the construction of the personnel team, this joint-stock company needs to consider comprehensively and allocate personnel and teams from various professional fields as soon as possible. 4. Establish the company's system and prepare all production management and equipment operation regulations in advance. 5. Be prepared for production, including tin and other raw materials, tools and equipment, as well as external water, power, and gas supply. Be sure to prepare them as soon as possible. 6. We need to closely follow up on projects such as deep processing, talent apartments, and research and development centers, and receive financial support from the joint-stock company.
